WHAT TO EXPECT

Walk in any time during tutoring hours. A tutor will ask what you're working on, and you'll get started together. Sessions are conversational, not lectures. Bring your notes, your textbook, the problem that's been bugging you, and any questions you've been sitting on.

Our tutors are some of the strongest students from our undergraduate program and graduate students from our Ph.D. program. They've been exactly where you are, and they're here because they're good at this.

WHAT TUTORS CAN HELP WITH

  • Understanding course concepts
  • Working through practice problems
  • Study strategies and exam prep
  • Making sense of lecture material
  • Building confidence before a test

A quick note: Tutors can't help directly with graded assignments, but they're happy to walk through the underlying concepts so you can tackle the work yourself.

WHO IT'S FOR

If you're enrolled in ECON 2005 or ECON 2006, this is for you! Whether you're acing the class and want to go deeper, or you're lost and not sure where to start. Most students who come in say they wish they'd started sooner.
